On 31 May 2022, State Secretary Judith Pirscher visited the "Agricultural Systems of the Future" at the Hannover Messe together with representatives of the Jülich project management organisation.

At the "Bioeconomy Showcase" stand, project manager Julia Vogt from food4future showed her the innovative approaches of the BMBF funding line in agricultural and food production using the interactive exhibits.

A virtual reality simulation shows visions for sustainable agri-food systems and a multi-touch table allows visitors to find out more about the content of the eight projects. The "Agricultural Systems of the Future" are on display until Thursday at the Hanover Fair, which is now taking place again after a two-year pandemic.
