Four consortia at the Open Day of the University of Hohenheim

On Saturday, 8 July 2023, the University of Hohenheim opened its doors again. As every year, various programme items and hands-on activities were prepared. At the stand of the four Hohenheim "Agricultural Systems of the Future" projects (RUN, NOcsPS, GreenGrass and Fahrerkabine 4.0), interested people could find out more about the consortia and discuss their research topics with the team members.

One highlight was the VR glasses that enable a virtual walk through all eight consortia of "Agricultural Systems of the Future". Afterwards, visitors could draw a ball with a colour marking in the ball pool and answer a question about one of the projects depending on the colour. 

In addition, some visited the stand to answer the question of the "Bioeconomy Quiz", prepared by the university. For the youngest participants, the future image of "Agricultural Systems of the Future" served as a hidden object. To receive a small reward, 16 ears of corn had to be counted correctly.

It was a colourful and successful day!
